Our Virus Removal Service is our most popular service as we incorporate an extensive cleansing process with a system optimization (a.k.a. System Tune up) and system wide security update procedure to ensure these computers will perform at their very best. 

 

The service fee is a flat $129.00 and can take from 5 hours to a day and a half depending upon how badly infected the machine is.  The good news is we often start on the service the same day the computer is delivered.  Where most companies take a week to take one crack at it with a preprogrammed CD and then move to a system wide format and restore erasing all system files, we've refined our service to a surgical level process.  This reduces cost and data loss while preserving the environment you've created so nothing is lost provided it's intact.  This results in a much more favorable outcome than the alternative of system recovery.  

 

After all malware, viruses and infected files are removed we move to repair of Windows applications that were damaged.  Once that is done, we proceed with running updates by Microsoft and other softwares as needed. This greatly enhances the system securities against future infection.  If needed we install an anti virus product (sold separately) to protect the system. We also ensure an anit-spyware app and firewall are working properly which further protects the system. 

 

After the system is cleaned, we move to optimization.  This is a system-wide comprehensive approach towards streamlining system operation. System services are adjusted and loaded programs are scrutinized.  We then examine the state of the hardware resources to identify anything that needs consideration.  All of these items can have a significant effect on how the system performs in all areas of use. 

 

While we can't control how a computer is used after it leaves our shop, we firmly stand behind our work and guarantee quality workmanship or we'll correct it free of charge.  Even if you botch up your system, if it's within the first 5 days of service we'll fix it for free.  How's that for service!
